• Maintain safe equipment: enforce daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and proper tool/equipment use. 

• Plan and control risk: use job hazard analyses, permit systems, and engineering and administrative controls to eliminate or minimize hazards. 

• Partner for safety: require subcontractors and vendors to meet our safety standards and hold all parties accountable. 

• Respond and improve: investigate incidents and near‑misses, share lessons learned, and continuously improve through corrective actions and measurable performance metrics.
