Who is DPW Contractors?
We are a family-owned and operated company based in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. Founded by David, Patty, and William Francis, we specialize in high-quality residential and commercial concrete work, site services, and fiberglass pool installations.
Are you a new company?
Yes, we officially launched in 2026, but we bring over 30 years of hands-on concrete construction experience to every project. David has decades of expertise in concrete and tank foundations, and the whole family is actively involved in the business.
What areas do you serve?
For residential jobs, we primarily serve the Greater Louisville area, Northern Kentucky, Bullitt County, and surrounding regions. We are always happy to travel for larger or special projects.
For commercial and industrial projects, we work throughout Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Tennessee, and are actively growing into additional states.
Concrete & Site Work
What types of concrete work do you do?
We handle a wide range of residential and commercial concrete services including driveways, patios, pool decks, sidewalks, garage floors, stamped and stained concrete, tank foundations, industrial slabs, loading docks, and more.
Do you install fiberglass pools?
Yes. We are an authorized installer for Leisure Pools and provide full-site preparation, excavation, backfill, compaction, and concrete skirting/decks for fiberglass pools in Northern Kentucky and Indianapolis areas.
Do you do site work and excavation?
Yes. We offer full-service site preparation including land clearing, excavation, grading, trenching, backfill, drainage, and final grading.
Process & Timeline
How do I get a quote?
Simply contact us by phone (502-277-1137) or email. We’ll schedule a site visit to assess your project and provide a detailed, written quote at no charge.
How long does a typical project take?
Most residential patios and driveways take 3–7 days. Pool installations typically take 1–2 weeks depending on scope and weather. Larger commercial projects vary. We’ll give you a clear timeline during your free quote.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed in all states that require licenses and carry comprehensive liability insurance and workers’ compensation.
What is your referral program?
We offer a $250 cash reward for every successful referral that results in a signed contract. Ask us for details or pick up a referral card at our office.
